Shadi Bee

Shadi Bee is a chef, regenerative product developer, hemp farmer and entrepreneur working at the intersection of hemp, food systems, and regenerative design.

She holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology with a focus on sustainable development and has spent over a decade building mission-driven businesses rooted in regenerative principles — from sourcing and formulation to brand creation and systems design.

Her work in hemp spans food innovation, product development, and hands-on education through farmers markets, community activations, and immersive experiences. She has developed and launched multiple hemp and plant-based product lines, including Vital Fungi, and has brought formulations to market across food, functional ingredients, and body care categories.

Her companies have held pending B Corporation status, and she has spoken on mission-driven business and the evolution beyond traditional “sustainable” models toward truly regenerative systems.

With a background in private chef work and farm-to-table food systems, her work is grounded in direct experience with land-based food practices and seasonal sourcing. While currently between farming sites, her work remains deeply connected to regenerative agriculture and the real-world systems that support it.

Her approach is practical and systems-based: build what works, keep it grounded in reality, and reconnect food, land, and materials through everyday use.
